We are a not for profit organisation based in Edinburgh that is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of communities in Scotland. We achieve this through the delivery of excellent nutrition programmes and movement classes.
We have unique, holistic programmes to provide people with the tools, inspiration and knowledge to improve their health, lose weight, gain strength and feel great.
We are very happy to be part of the great work done by other like minded businesses such as; MacMillan Cancer Support, Edinburgh Leisure, the Edinburgh University Student Association and Classical Yoga School . Movement
Our movement classes run in various locations and are run by Mark Smith our founder. He is an experienced yoga teacher and nutritionist with a good mix of practicality, humour, patience and spirituality. All of his classes are holistic and suitable for all levels.

Classes cost £10, you can either book and pay online using the above schedule or email us to reserve a place and pay on the day.>
One to ones are also available for £50, please get in touch to arrange a suitable time and location.

Nutrition
The 21-Day Guided Mindful Nutrition Course is a program designed by us after careful consultation with fellow professionals and nutritionists and successful trials which provided great results and feedback. It will help you break addictions to sugar and processed foods, become more connected to the food chain and your environment, highlight areas where your diet could improve, help you to avoid common pitfalls such as yo-yo dieting and provide you with a tailored movement plan – while feeling healthier and losing weight.
At present we only cover Edinburgh and Perth. If you are from somewhere else get in touch and maybe your area will be next!
One to One
There is nothing like a one to one to get the motivation and skills required to make a big impact on your happiness and health.
These 1.5 hour sessions are broken up into 2 sections; Nutrition advice and tailored movement training and have a strong focus on empowering you to learn enough to take the skills home and practice them
